The pandemic has taught us the importance of keeping nature pollution-free. Research says that nature healed itself during the lockdown period although one lockdown is not enough to keep it pollution-free. Since the unlocking process, carbon emission has started to rise. It is on a verge to increase global warming once again. Our Indian capital i.e. Delhi leads the rank in India for generating most of the carbon emission. It's in our hands to control this issue by causing the least carbon emission.

A new concept to replace fuel using vehicles

An electric cycle is one of the factors which could be used handy for getting control over carbon emission. The government of Delhi should look forward to the promotion of electric cycles in Delhi on a large scale. E-Bicycles are a great alternative for vehicles that are used for a short distance. They can bring control over the wastage of natural fuels. E-bicycles have batteries that are rechargeable which can run up to 25 to 45 km/h. Electric bicycles are much quicker than normal cycles and also smooth. The electric cycle not only protects nature but also has physical and health benefits for the rider. In India cities like Delhi, Mumbai should spread awareness for the usage of E-Bicycles.

Impact on future generations

The total number of motor vehicles on the roads of Delhi was 109.86 lakh on March 31, 2018, showing a growth percentage of 5.81 to the previous year. Car and jeeps numbered 32, 46,637, and auto-rickshaws numbered 1, 13,074. Electric cycles in Delhi will help in reducing the emission when replaced by motorbikes, private vehicles, and rickshaws. In beginning, E-bicycles will cost you a little more than a motorbike but it will save a lot of money. Electric cycles do not need regular maintenances and also save fuel money. Don't think of saving your money and ruining the lives of our future generations. Spend on an electric-cycle without hesitating and save our future generation.
